Not being in Amsterdam I don't know if this was mentioned but did anyone
ever decide if URLs could have "URL:" as a wrapper so we could easily tell
the difference between a URL and a URN? It's not in the URL draft but
I rememeber everyone talking about it but I never heard a resolution.
