A counter motion is not in order at this time because a motion is already
before the meeting.
Fortunately since what you proposed is basically identical to the motion
that is before the meeting, it doesn't make much difference. :)

URLs - no change
URNs - look like URLs whose type selector is the string urn -
i.e. urn:....
