I cant believe that URI's are only meeting once, with final edits on
URL's and URNs and URCs this is going to be a really tight meeting.
Since it occurs on Monday we are also not going to get much in-person
preperation time.
It seems to me that its time to propose running IIIR related meetings
in parrallel with USV oriented meetings. There is really little
overlap between the technical oriented meetings - iiir, uri, whois++
and the user oriented ones userdoc, isn etc. With maybe some overlap
in nisi and nir.
