In private mail, Randy has pointed out that my statements on the NNTP URL
differ from his memory and the minutes. I'd like to seek clarity form
otehr people's memories/notes.
My memory was that we decided we wanted a nntp: URL which would use
host and group and article number, the current "news:" URL would be moved
to an appendix to document the current scheme used by WWW.
The minutes state that the news URL would be removed, and implies that it
would be replaced by a URL whose definition is still to be decided.
I'd like clarity on this, since I thought I was supposed to write this,
and that we had consensus on it. From Randy's mail it appears not.
