This is a known bug of BIND 4.9; patches are known (though unfortunately
no official patch kit for BIND 4.9 is defined). All later versions of BIND
do not have this bug; though the next official release is still being worked on
(4.9.2 is still in beta test and a few bugs have been detected; final release
will probably announced soon with an official patch kit to deal with those)
