Subject: URI WG position paper for WWW Navigation needs Workshop?

Fellow URIians:

I caught this announcement about a WWW navigation workshop and note one of
the things they are looking for is: "the transparency of name persistence
in the presence of extinguishment/migration/replication of hypermedia",
which sound alot like what we are working towards in the URN resolution.

While we certainly are not ready to say anything definitive, I'm wondering
if this group might offer a position paper, so that those at this workshop
understand what we are working on. It might be as simple as pointing to
the draft RFCs. I can also see saying nothing until we are ready with
something, but in this case it might be worthwhile to indicate what is
likely to come down the tubes.
