Erik,
Actually, I saw your previous message about the other documents; I
assumed you probably had some time limit on how long you were willing
to wait for the others. (It's now been almost 4 wks.) Our paper was
intentionally written to stand on its own, by setting up the whole
context in an abbreviated form.
I gather from comments you made earlier that you might have comments
of your own on our paper that you've been holding back. In an effort
to economize on time, could you please send us any comments you might
have, in the meantime? If we've heard and seen it all during the 8
months of discussion, that's great :-)
