I second Larry on the agenda change, I thnk we have enough to talk about
in URI, and keep bumping important things off the agenda, without adding
something new - maybe it belongs in IIIR, or at the end of the agenda in
the unlikely event that we get through all the stuff we need to do on
URN's and URC's.
Actually - if we have space left on the agenda, I'd add
element-set-names, or fragment-ids before adding something completely new.
Judith - if you are reading this, could you give us some idea of what you
want to present.
