While I think that Judith Grass's presentation on Electronic Copyright
is interesting, I think we have a lot of official work to do, and I
question it's place on the agenda.
In particular, it seems critical that we have a time to review the URL
requirements document just posted, as well as the changes made to the
URL specification since the last meeting.
I'd suggest that we try to keep each of those to 30 minutes, so the
agenda would read something like:
Tuesday, July 26:
9:30-10: review of minutes & agenda
10-10:30: review of URL requirements
10:30-11: review of changes to URL specification
11-11:15: Final call on URN requirements
11:15-11:45: URN specification
