Of course it is time to have an organized discussion about resolution
of URNs to URLs and other mappings. What I was attempting to do was to
solicit suggestions from individuals who either had specific proposals
to describe to the group, or a set of alternatives they wanted to
discuss, to come forward so I can put their names on the agenda.

(I tend to presume that "organized discussion" requires a sequence of
presentations and Q&As and discussions centered around particular
topics or proposals.)

I don't think we have much choice over WG time slots, but that some of
you might have conflicts that would encourage the scheduling of URI
discussions to one or the other of the two sessions we have scheduled.
Likewise, the second session will be mcast, but not the first.

As for scheduling the controversial topics during the multicast
session: at this point, I'm less sure which of the topics that are
actually still open are controversial. (It's apparent that some topics
that are already closed remain controversial, but I believe that
despite their controversy, they remain closed.)

Anyway, specific suggestions would be appreciated. "Put ZURL in the
first session", "Please schedule 5 hours to talk about finger: URLs",
"I'd like to hear the LIFN talk again because I didn't understand it
the first time" or whatever.
