Glad to see "uri" at the left hand end of the name (uri.foo.bar) in this
version. No other real comments I'm afraid - except that it's good to see a
push to get some practical experience in this area.
Reading your doc. raised a few more general issues in my mind. In
particular, how does this doc. relate to Chris's
draft-ietf-uri-resource-names-02.txt? Should it at least reference it? I
missed the last IETF and am getting lost in the different URI docs and how
they relate to each other. Is there a coordinated whole?
