I'd just like to take the opportunity to point out (in the interest of
avoiding confusion on the list) that it is my understanding that Larry is
officially the chair of the working group. Having run the group almost 3
years, I have offered to give Larry what hints/suggestions I have from an
administrative standpoint. However, I have not been handling any of the
organization of the upcoming meeting. This is his puppy now :-)
Jim and I would like to assume the role of "elder statespersons" :-)
[For those of you who don't know us that is a JOKE, (although God only
knows the group aged me :-) and what's a little absurdity on this list
anyway?? :-) ]

My only doubt about it had to do with the fact that I believe we are
still somehow on the topics of the URN requirements document, and, if
that is the case, then I didn't want to either take that away from
you, nor dump it on Larry if either you or he felt strongly about it.
While I'm at it, I'd like to publicly thank both you and Jim for your
service to the group, and wish you joy in no longer doing it.
Karen
