Think of the circle as a race-track, and a car going around, the energy
passes in one direction by saying Zoom to a neighbor, it reverses direction by
saying Screech. Each person must look at the person they are passing it to.

There are lots of variations on this.

Zip / Zap / Oobla: Zip is the next person (in either direction), Zap is across the circle, Oobla is refusing it (the sender should then Zip or Zap it to someone else).

Wubble Wubble: The person with the energy places two hands on either side of their ears and wiggles saying "Wubble Wubble Wubble". Their neighbors on either side wiggle just the hand nearest the person wubbling. Then the sender points both their hands at someone else who must immeately (with their neighbors) start wubbling.
